Year 5 of blogging

I can't believe I am about to start year 5 of this blog. It seems like just yesterday we were getting ready to move out to the PNW and I decided on a whim to start a blog. What a crazy year 2025-2026 has been. We are so ready to see what the rest of the year has in store for us! 
 

April 2025

In April our youngest turned one. We went and saw the tulips at the tulip festival. We also met the Easter Bunny and celebrated Easter. 

May 2025

In May we flew to Illinois to see friends. We also stopped at the St Louis Arch on the way home. Then my parents came to visit and we celebrated my mom's birthday. We also worked on building a play house for our kids. At the end of the month we went camping for the first time in our camper and went to Mt Rainier National park 

June 2025 

In June we had fun spending time outside. We also hung out with friends, celebrated Father's day and celebrated my husbands birthday. We also purchased a tractor. 

July 2025 

In July we went to Glacier National Park and had a wonderful time. My husbands parents also came into town and we went and saw Thomas the Train. Also we celebrated my oldest turning 3. 

August 2025 

In August we recuperated from July :). We took it easy. We went to the county fair and we went huckleberry picking. We also worked on building a shed. 

September 2025 

In September we finished building the shed and we spent time with my parents who were in town for a week. Also I celebrated my birthday 

October 2025 

In October we went to a pumpkin patch with friends and had so much fun all month doing pumpking and Halloween activities!

November 2025

In November my husband and I had the opportunity to go to Seattle Seahawks game through my work. It was such a fun day! We also had our annual friendsgiving and celebrated thanksgiving.  

December 2025 

December was jammed packed for us. We went and got our tree, did cookies with Mrs Claus, and the Polar express. We flew to Illinois to see friends and spend time with family. Then we flew home with my parents and brother and spent Christmas with them. 

January 2026 

We put an offer on a house! It was a bit spontaneous but we did it. We also went to Disneyland and had so much fun but unfortunately had to cut the trip short unexpectedly. 

February 2026

In February we were prepping our house to be put on the market. We also dealt with some unexpected issues that came up with our new house. Also it was fun to see the Seahawks in the Super Bowl.

March 2026 

In March we finally closed on our house!! It was an insane month of slowly moving in over the course of two weeks and getting our old house ready to get put on the market. We also travelled to Texas and spent some time with my parents
